After ride dinner

The ride. Had to use the flashers tonight, got home at dark. About time to release the melon-lopes.

One of my special versions of a Quesadilla.
Ingredients: flour tortilla heated with olive oil, spinach, sliced Roma tomatoes, sliced Vidalia onions, dark red kidney beans, sliced almonds, California golden raisins, garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Folded over, cut in half and served with a glass of Pinot Noir.

In the AM we have freshly ground and brewed Ethiopian Coffee in a new mug painted by my super daughter.
